David is the principal of the firm. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. He is admitted as a Solicitor in Queensland and is a member of the Queensland Law Society.

David has been practising in Noosa since 1995 and has more than 30 years’ experience in property and commercial law, including real estate transactions, commercial and retail shop leasing, advising businesses, management rights and body corporate law, wills and estates. His focus is on providing commercial and practical advice to assist his clients in achieving their desired outcomes. He handles a broad range of property and commercial transactions from first homes to high end real estate, including off the plan properties, unit developments, retirement village leases, small to large businesses, motels and management rights businesses, and regularly advises individuals, businesses and bodies corporate on a wide range of commercial matters.
